The affiliaXe team is looking for a passionate & driven, part-time Office Manager (Administration) to fully manage and oversee all administration requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketing company.

Position Responsibilities:

· Ongoing office management and administration.

· Keeping contact with recruitment agencies.

· Arranging appointments and managing the clerical work

· Provide administrative assistance to office employees (flight tickets & hotels booking), organizing company nights’ out, staff workshops and fun days.

· Ordering company products and items to increase moral

· Responsible for office appearance (hire and oversee cleaning & maintenance staff with strong attention to detail, purchasing pictures, plants, etc.)

· Ordering groceries and office equipment

· Issuing invoices


· High level of English (written and verbal)

· Strong organizational skills

· Fluency in Microsoft Windows-based desktop applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

· Open-minded, flexible, energetic and proactive

· At least one year of experience of working in a similar position
