The affiliaXe Leading Global Affiliate Network is looking for a driven, intuitive Affiliate Helpdesk Representative to join our growing, diverse team.

- Thoroughly review and assess online affiliate applications
- Astutely screen national and international affiliates via phone or skype (you will need to call affiliates from the Eastern and Western parts of the world, and thus organize your schedule accordingly)
- Prepare comprehensive reports on affiliate demographics, experience level, # of applications per day etc.
- Function as a stellar and charming first impression/representative of our team
- Boost affiliates’ motivation and interest in working with our network
- Effectively relay new affiliate information to corresponding Affiliate Managers
- Responsible for managing the Helpdesk Support and assist affiliates with any issues and inquiries.
- BA/BS required
- Minimum 1 year online marketing experience required.
- Specific experience focused on online affiliate marketing is a major plus
- Strong relationship/partnering skills.
- Solid intuition and assessment skills
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Self motivated and driven team player
- Ability to boost/inspire cooperations with Affiliate partners in a highly competitive market and during late hours.
- Results oriented
- English – mother tongue a must.
- Fluency in a second language is a BIG plus
